September's Stamp of the Month
We provide shipping and mailing services for all Highlanders and the Riverside community with international and domestic FedEx, UPS and USPS letter and parcel delivery. Our team is happy to assist you with your mailing and packaging needs.
We have two convenient locations: Mail Services (which is located in the Corporation Yard, across from Dundee) and the Highlander Service Station (which is centrally located on campus, in between the bookstore and the HUB). Both locations accept package/letter drop-off. Only Mail Services allows for package pick-up.
Incoming shipments

We receive deliveries Monday through Friday and make two deliveries each weekday to campus departments. Please be aware that once your package tracking says "delivered", it can still take ~2 days to go through our internal sorting and to be delivered. If you are a student resident, you will have to wait for your RA to notify you that your package is available.
If we are holding your package for pickup, you must present your R'Card or other photo ID to pick up a package. If you need someone else to pick up your package, please email us at MailServices@UCR.edu to confirm your permission.

Note: Carriers will mark a package as delivered when it arrives at Mail Services. Please expect ~2 days for your parcel to be transported, processed and delivered to the on-campus centers. If you’re a student resident, you must wait until your RSO emails you to let you know your package is ready.
Outgoing shipments
We ship packages and letters through FedEx, UPS and USPS, and through our vendor negotiations, we are able to offer the Highlander community deep discounts on their shipping needs, with savings up to 50%! Please contact us or visit a location to learn more about how we can help you save.
